A platform that enables school students to produce a school newspaper: upload materials, write content, edit, correct mistakes and publish the newspaper, either In print or in a designated App (Or both)

Providing students with a platform that is easy to learn and use; Reach with tools to enable everything they need for editing the paper; permission system to distinguish between content writers and editors and a fun workflow
THE GOAL
Finding solutions to some challenges; Designing the User Experience and providing Wire Frames for the entire system
MY ROLL
Templates of Newspaper pages and inline editing
We provide the students with up to 6 different real pages types, each has 2-3 templates to choose from. This way the students can create each page or each newspaper differently.
The work is done by choosing and editing each part of the template, where each part has it's own tools:
Photo > opens a gallery to choose from or upload to
Text > opens a text editing tool
Background > provides a color picker, limited to relevant colors

Provide tools for editor in chief to have an overall look at the state of the newspaper
1. Permission system for each roll in the newspaper editing process
2. Each roll has it's own relevant functions
3. Editor in chief will have a quick look on the state of each page, providing the following info only by hovering the page thumbnail:
- Number of authors responsible for the content of the page
- Number of spelling mistakes needs to be corrected
- Is the page locked to further editing?
- Is the page approved
4. Pages status have graphic indication on page numbers so it will be easy to know which page needs attention.
